Yes. Every plan includes continuity from recent completed meetings (the last 3 on Startup, 8 on Growth, 20 on Scale). Those conversations are distilled into private background context for future meetings; it is not a separate editable screen. You can update the factual company brief in Settings or clarify changed assumptions during later meetings.

Every plan includes a set number of Board Sessions and a Monthly Strategic Reserve for AI responses and resource-intensive work. One session is one boardroom meeting. Plans are billed in advance in USD, and applicable taxes may be added. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid billing period, and fees are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Run out before your reset? You can move up to a bigger plan at any time. Higher tiers add more meeting modes, advisors, flagship models, longer sessions, and custom advisors and templates.

Meeting history and meeting documents are kept for the life of your account, regardless of plan or cancellation state. Deleting a workspace or account removes its meetings and documents through our durable deletion process. Full retention details are in the product Privacy Policy.

Your meetings and documents are private to your account. Uploaded files are used only as context for your own meetings and are never shared with other customers. We do not use your content to train our own models, and our model providers operate under commercial API arrangements intended not to use API customer content for general model training.
