Elevate Boardroom LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the marketing website at elevateboardroom.ai. This policy explains what information this site collects and how we use it.

This policy covers the marketing site only. For privacy practices of the Elevate Boardroom product itself, see the product privacy policy.

What we collect

This is a static marketing website. We do not collect personal information through forms or signups on this site. All account creation and product activity happens on the web app and is governed by the product privacy policy.

We collect optional analytics data only after you allow analytics in our cookie banner:

• Pages you visit and approximate time on each page
• How you arrived (e.g. direct, search, referral)
• General device and browser type
• Approximate location (country/region) derived from IP
• A pseudonymous browser identifier used to distinguish visits and sessions

If you separately allow advertising measurement, LinkedIn and Meta may receive the page URL, referring page, general browser and device information, IP-derived location, their cookie identifiers, and controlled events such as a signup-button click, completed account registration, or new subscription. We do not send meeting content, documents, company details, email addresses, or Elevate user IDs to these advertising tools.

If you decline optional cookies, the Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Meta scripts do not load. Firebase Hosting may still process standard request data, such as IP address and browser metadata, to securely deliver the site.

How we use it

We use optional measurement data to:

• Understand which content is useful
• Improve site navigation, copy, and design
• Measure how people find the site
• Attribute signup and subscription conversions to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook ads
• Optimize ad delivery toward people more likely to register or subscribe

We do not sell personal information. When advertising measurement is allowed, sharing pseudonymous browsing and conversion signals with LinkedIn and Meta may be treated as targeted-advertising or cross-context sharing under some privacy laws. You can opt out at any time in cookie settings.

Cookies

Optional analytics and advertising cookies are controlled separately. Google Analytics 4 may set _ga cookies. Meta may set _fbp or _fbc, and LinkedIn may set li_fat_id or related measurement cookies. Our eb-ad-consent-shared cookie shares your advertising choice between the marketing site and product app on the elevateboardroom.ai domain.

Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we'll ask again. You can change it any time before then by choosing open cookie settings.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics 4: optional, pseudonymous site analytics loaded only with consent. See Google's privacy policy.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag: optional advertising attribution and conversion measurement. See LinkedIn's privacy policy.
• Meta Pixel: optional attribution and conversion measurement for Instagram and Facebook campaigns. See Meta's privacy policy.
• Firebase Hosting (Google Cloud): serves the static site. Standard server access logs may be retained by Google for operational purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what data we hold about you, request its deletion, or opt out of analytics and targeted-advertising measurement. To change either choice, open cookie settings and choose Analytics only or Decline optional. For any other request, email privacy@elevateboardroom.ai.

Children's privacy

This site and the product are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The Effective Date above will reflect the most recent revision.
